Mediation – One neutral professional will meet with the two spouses together using a highly structured, comprehensive process to identify the issues, discover priorities and values, create options, and reach agreed-upon outcomes. Clients may also consult with a neutral financial specialist. All agreements required for a legal dissolution may be addressed and documented for attorney review and filing.
Co-resolution - Two family coaches will meet with and assist the two clients using a highly structured, comprehensive process to identify the issues, discover priorities and values, create options, and reach agreed-upon outcomes. The coaches facilitate joint meetings together with the other coach and client. Additionally, coaches meet with their clients individually to promote positive communication and plan the most beneficial approach for negotiation. Clients may also consult with a neutral financial specialist. As a team, the two coaches provide an overall neutral process. All agreements required for a legal dissolution may be addressed and documented for attorney review and filing.
Coaching – An experienced family coach will meet with individuals or couples to provide a structured process for the exploration, creation, and implementation of the client’s vision for themselves now and in the future. Using motivational strategies and encouragement, coaches provide tremendous support for transformation.
Collaborative Law Process – We are active participants along with specially trained attorneys.
Education - An experienced family relations and/or financial specialist will meet with individuals or couples to support their learning about every stage of ending a marriage and the implications for the whole family. Education may also include information related to communication, financial matters, personality styles, and approaches to decision-making.
Parenting Coordination - A licensed therapist meets with parents as they implement their parenting plan after divorce. The Parenting Coordinator supports parents as they improve communication and make decisions focusing on the best interests of their children. Through Parenting Coordination, the conflict is reduced, and children are less likely to be in the middle of adult issues. Parenting Coordination includes education, coaching, mediation, and decision making as needed.
